Within our Business Advisory, we support clients to define long-term objectives for acquiring and commercializing innovative technologies and products in target markets. It includes the development of strategies and its execution. We focus on solutions addressing specific needs rather than technologies in search of problems.

Our Business Advisor develops in two phases:
Strategic Planning and Strategic Execution

We develop strategies aligned with both long-term goals and short-term growth targets. We prepare a financial plan aligned with objectives and resources, establishing a roadmap with milestones and short-term objectives to achieve assigned targets and relevant key performance indicators (KPIs). The Tri-D phase typically lasts 6 to 8 weeks.

Our IMPACT model is designed to assist clients during the adoption and implementation phases of the technology without burdening them with fixed costs. IMPACT phase typically last 12 months.

Our consulting is aimed at revenue growth for our clients and their product lines by analyzing the competitive environment, identifying market opportunities, evaluating strengths and weaknesses, formulating detailed action plans, selecting clients and entry points, creating financial forecasts, and setting challenging targets supported by achievable KPIs. We also offer Go to Market Strategy Execution (FINTECH ONLY) via our sales network or indirectly by enabling the internal sales team. To this purpose, Fit4Bank leverages the expertise of its top management and a network of external experts, allowing us to operate across major transactional product lines such as Payments, Trade Finance, Working Capital, and FX.

Advisory

Within Investment Advisory Line, Fit4Bank primarily offers consulting and support to companies seeking new financial resources through extraordinary finance (debt and equity) operations, involving private investors, venture capitalists, private equity, or industrial partners. Fit4Bank provides clients with comprehensive advisory services, from project structuring to investor search and subsequent support in managing investor relations up to the exit phase. In

We help to identify optimal solutions (e.g. investor types, necessary capital, debt-equity combination, debt types) and define the dimensional, duration, and strategic characteristics of the solution.
