Fees Structure.
FIT4BANK’s fee structure applies across all four lines of service, following the OFFSET concept. This approach is tailored to meet clients’ needs at various stages of their development, offering a light and flexible fee model designed to minimize the impact on their working capital and cash flow. Our model is based on Retainer Fees, Milestone Fees, and Success Fees, complemented by an optional Shares Plan to reduce the cash component.
This structure grants flexibility, transparency, and alignment with client goals, ensuring seamless collaboration across all stages of deal origination, execution, and beyond.
Retainer Fees
Retainer fees offer a predictable and manageable payment structure, providing clients with ongoing access to advisory services over a defined period, typically ranging from 6 weeks to 12 months. This model ensures consistent support tailored to the client needs.
Milestone Fees
Reference Fees Milestone fees are one-time payment tied to the achievement of significant project stages or deliverables, such as initial client introductions or the completion of key phases. This approach aligns costs with meaningful progress, ensuring that fees correspond to the delivered value.
Success Fees
Success fees are entirely performance-based, payable only upon achievement of specific results, such as final deal closure or predefined milestones with measurable outcomes. This model minimizes upfront costs while emphasizing value creation and results-driven collaboration.
Optional Shares Plan
The Shares Plan offers clients the flexibility to convert up to 50% of the agreed fees into equity, reducing immediate cash outlays while fostering a strategic, long-term partnership. This option aligns our mutual interests with the client’s growth and success.
